The Romanian National Meteorological Administration forecasts normal temperatures and varying precipitation levels across the country from October 12 to November 9. Excess rainfall is expected in the first week, particularly in the southern regions, while the western areas will see below-average precipitation. Following this, precipitation levels will align with seasonal norms. Throughout the forecast period, temperatures will remain close to seasonal averages, with consistent weather patterns expected in all regions.
