Dobrogea is expected to experience rainfall of 15-20 liters per square meter, with isolated areas receiving over 30 liters. In the afternoon and evening, atmospheric instability will extend to Muntenia and isolated areas in Oltenia and the mountains, bringing thunderstorms, small hail, and wind gusts up to 60 km/h. In Bucharest, temperatures will drop to 21-22 degrees Celsius, with possible thunderstorms and light to moderate winds. A weather advisory for atmospheric instability is in effect for the city.
