The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued new weather warnings indicating severe conditions in Romania. From October 18 to 20, strong winds are expected in Moldova and Dobrogea, with speeds reaching 60 km/h, and even higher gusts in mountainous areas. Rainfall is forecasted for several regions, accumulating up to 35 l/m² in some areas. At higher altitudes, snow is anticipated, particularly in the Southern Carpathians, with snow depths of 10 to 20 cm. A yellow warning for strong winds has also been issued, with gusts up to 90 km/h in mountainous regions.
