The Oradea City Hall informs drivers that creating an account on the new online platform is not enough to participate in parking space auctions. A request must also be submitted and validated by the municipality. The new system requires users to create an account, submit a request with necessary documents, and wait at least 48 hours for validation before participating in auctions. Auctions occur on weekdays, and users must be present two minutes before the start. Payment must be made within 48 hours after winning, or the account will be blocked for 12 months. Only one parking space can be assigned per property.
