Vrei un credit? Va trebui să dai acordul pentru ANAF direct din SPV, nu prin bancă

ANAF plans to change how banks verify client incomes for credit requests, requiring electronic consent via the Private Virtual Space (SPV). This new regulation aims to reduce fraud risks and streamline processes. Currently, clients authorize banks to access tax data through paper or electronic forms. The proposed system mandates that businesses provide consent exclusively through SPV, while individuals with active SPV accounts must also comply electronically. Those without SPV accounts can still use the existing methods. The agreement is valid for five working days, allowing banks to request various financial data from clients. Additionally, banks will gain access to new tax declaration information for firms, enhancing their ability to assess credit risk.
