A Greek animal protection organization is seeking volunteers for 2027 to care for cats on Syros Island in exchange for free accommodation. Volunteers will receive a private room and meals while committing to five hours of work daily. Applicants must be over 25, reliable, and independent, with a minimum one-month stay. Travel costs and personal expenses are the volunteer's responsibility, and children or personal pets are not allowed. Applications reopen in September 2026.
