Voluntari, aprobat municipiu de Senat. După promulgarea legii de președinte, va deveni singurul municipiu din judetul Ilfov

The Senate approved a legislative proposal to declare Voluntari a municipality, making it the only municipality in Ilfov County if enacted. The proposal received 90 votes in favor, 14 against, and 3 abstentions. Mayor Florentin Pandele noted the lengthy process required patience and numerous efforts. The project was first adopted by the Chamber of Deputies and now awaits the President's promulgation to finalize the status change.
