New construction projects rose by 15.3%, while maintenance and repairs saw a 9.4% increase. Residential buildings experienced a significant growth of 16.1%. Adjusted data showed an 11.3% rise overall, with new constructions up by 14.9%. Month-to-month comparisons indicated a slight 1.1% increase in May compared to April, although new constructions fell by 0.1%. However, adjusted figures for May showed a 2.4% decrease from April, with notable declines in maintenance and repairs.
