This shift aims to secure jobs for 1,400 employees while addressing the automotive industry's challenges. The plant, currently producing the T-Roc Cabriolet, will cease vehicle production by 2027. The agreement ensures job security until 2029 for remaining staff, as the company faces significant cost-cutting measures and workforce reductions.
