Volkswagen ar putea îngheţa salariile angajaţilor până în 2030. Vânzările producătorului auto au scăzut drastic mai ales în China
Volkswagen plans to freeze salaries for its 660,000 global employees until 2030, as confirmed by the Works Council. This decision follows a significant restructuring led by CEO Oliver Blume, which has strained relations with employee representatives. The absence of salary increases could result in a 10% income loss for affected workers. The company also reported a 14.3% decline in vehicle deliveries in Q3, particularly impacted by a 38.5% drop in China. Overall, Volkswagen's sales decreased by 9% in the first nine months of the year compared to the previous year.
