Vladimir Putin a aprobat reorganizarea și vânzarea subsidiarei UniCredit din Rusia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the reorganization of UniCredit's Russian subsidiary and its subsequent sale, as per a government decree. This move aligns with Russia's restrictions on transactions involving assets owned by investors from "unfriendly" countries. UniCredit, one of the largest Western banks still operating in Russia, announced a non-binding agreement to sell parts of its Russian subsidiary to a private investor from the UAE while retaining its payment division. The transaction is expected to be completed by mid-2027, pending necessary approvals.
