Police in Brașov issued 19 traffic fines totaling over 17,000 lei in one hour for speeding on DN1E, where the limit is 50 km/h. The operation aimed to prevent accidents by identifying and penalizing speed limit violations and discouraging aggressive driving. Six drivers had their licenses suspended, with four due to speeding violations, and one vehicle registration certificate was also confiscated.
