The Chinological Center in Sibiu has completed a training course for future service dogs, focusing on building trust and discipline between handlers and dogs. The course ran from August 31 to September 10, 2026, where participants were paired with young dogs for initial training. Under expert guidance, handlers began establishing a strong bond with their dogs, which is essential for effective teamwork. Ongoing training will include pre-training activities, followed by specialized courses tailored to the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The goal is to prepare canine teams for future missions, emphasizing gradual development through consistent exercises.
