Pîrvu has not provided details about the investigation, only mentioning his son's health. The case involves allegations of bribery linked to contracts with the mechanical plants, with ongoing procedures expected this week. The investigation has revealed connections between the directors and businessman Marian Voinea, who allegedly facilitated illicit payments. The directors have been placed under house arrest, and the case highlights corruption amid military supply challenges in Romania.
