The mayor of Sector 1, George Cristian Tuță, announced the creation of new parking spaces on Ludescu, Băiculești streets, and in Pajura neighborhood. A total of 32 spaces will be added on Ludescu, including two for electric cars, while Băiculești will see 27 new spots. Additionally, a parking area in Pajura will be renovated. Meanwhile, a new four-level parking facility with over 1,000 spaces is set to open at Otopeni Airport, enhancing accessibility for visitors. Another long-term parking project is also underway, aimed at improving infrastructure at the airport.
