This initiative, named "street monitoring," will involve new brigades patrolling neighborhoods to ensure public safety. The decision follows concerns raised by residents about safety, particularly for children. Băluță emphasized collaboration with national police and DIICOT to address safety issues. The implementation of this project is expected to take between one and two months, with plans to increase surveillance through a network of cameras. The mayor expressed commitment to finding effective solutions for community safety.
