Adrian Roșca, a Romanian inventor, has developed a prototype vehicle powered by compressed air, mounted on an Audi A8. This system, named Rosmar H, aims to revolutionize pneumatic propulsion, although the concept has historical roots. While the vehicle currently moves slowly, Roșca claims it could reach speeds of 333 km/h in the future. However, experts note that compressed air is not an efficient energy source compared to traditional fuels, and previous attempts at similar technologies have faced challenges. The National Authority for Research emphasizes that compressed air remains a niche solution for specific applications.
