Three main units of the Moscow Oil Refinery were damaged in a Ukrainian attack, causing a significant fire. The refinery has an annual capacity of 12 million tons of oil. Ukrainian forces also targeted a Buk-M3 air defense system and a Nebo-U radar station. The attack occurred overnight on September 19-20, with the refinery being a key supplier for Russian armed forces. Additionally, a drone production unit was hit near Siverskodonetsk. President Zelensky previously mentioned that a key oil facility in the Moscow region was struck, while Trump noted an agreement to halt attacks on energy targets to lower global fuel prices.
