A green space on Calea Griviței has been transformed into a city-park concept, praised by local mayors. Mayor George Cristian Tuță announced a master plan for similar projects, highlighting the area’s new features, including playgrounds and green areas. The project includes 120 trees and over 8,600 plants, with improvements to lighting and access. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu commended Tuță for adopting the successful city-park concept, previously implemented in Sector 6. Upcoming city council meetings will address modernization projects for Mihalache Boulevard and Calea Griviței, while a temporary market will open this weekend on Calea Griviței.
