Traffic has started on the DN3-A3 passage, a delayed section of Bucharest's highway, allowing single-lane movement for now. The opening was announced by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Transport, who highlighted the importance of this passage in connecting major highway lots and improving traffic flow in the area. The passage will soon allow two-lane traffic as final works are completed, including the installation of safety barriers and expansion joints. This infrastructure aims to ease congestion for drivers in surrounding areas and enhance connectivity between key routes. The completion of Lot 3 is expected soon, enabling uninterrupted travel from Constanța and Craiova to Bacău.
