Traffic will open on the 13-kilometer section of the A0 North Ring Road between Afumați and Glina on November 4, as announced by the Minister of Transport. This section includes Lot 3, built by a Chinese company, and Lot 4, completed earlier but not opened until now. The new road will enhance connectivity between major highways and reduce congestion in urban areas. The opening was delayed multiple times due to ongoing works and political disputes. The A0 Ring Road aims to alleviate transit traffic around Bucharest and improve overall infrastructure efficiency.
