The mayor of Sector 2, Rareș Hopincă, announced the removal of scaffolding from a recently rehabilitated building on Șoseaua Ștefan cel Mare. He emphasized that the works will not be accepted until residents' concerns are addressed. Additionally, he plans to remove degraded advertisements and non-compliant elements from the building's ground floor. The rehabilitation project cost 14.5 million lei and utilized visible brick for aesthetic improvement. Hopincă aims for energy efficiency and reduced heating costs for residents. He also mentioned that scaffolding will be removed from 39 more buildings by the end of September.
