The Chinese humanoid robot Tiangong Ultra set a new 100m record by running the distance in 8.86 seconds, surpassing Usain Bolt's previous record of 9.58 seconds. This achievement occurred during the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing, where Tiangong Ultra improved its earlier time of 9.39 seconds. Developed by the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, the robot has shown remarkable progress, having previously completed the race in 21.50 seconds just a year ago. The event features over 2,000 robots competing in various categories.
