The decision was made by a judge at the Bucharest Tribunal, who annulled the arrest warrant issued by the Bucharest Court of Appeal. Approximately 100 supporters gathered outside the detention center, expressing mixed feelings about the ruling. The judge had previously denied the prosecutors' request for preventive arrest. The decision is not final, as prosecutors from DIICOT plan to contest it in the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
