The construction of the Unirii Deck in Bucharest is progressing well, with 95% of the old structure demolished and over 65% of the new one completed. The project, funded by the Anghel Saligny National Investment Program, is expected to be finished by the end of the year. Mayor Daniel Băluță announced that the works are ahead of schedule, with a new, thicker concrete slab designed to last at least 100 years. The final phase will begin this summer, aiming to minimize traffic disruption.
