The Crângași neighborhood is undergoing urban regeneration, with ongoing works on Constructorilor Boulevard and Rușețu Street. Mayor Paul Moldovan inspected the sites, where asphalt work has been completed on Rușețu Street, enhancing pedestrian and parking areas. The project aims to transform 7.5 hectares, improving public spaces, traffic organization, and adding green areas. The initiative includes the Codreanu Park, which will become a public square for community events. However, traffic lights and tram lines are not part of the current plans due to a lack of agreement with the Transport Authority. The project promises significant improvements in green spaces, road surfaces, pedestrian areas, and bike lanes.
