Daniel Băluță, the mayor of Sector 4, announced the completion of the new Tuberculosis Diagnostic, Treatment, and Research Center, which will soon be handed over to the Marius Nasta Institute. The center, funded by non-reimbursable European funds from PNRR, is located on Calea Șerban Vodă and represents an investment of approximately 100 million euros. The project began in 2024 with the demolition of old buildings that were over 130 years old and unsuitable for medical activities.
