Authorities are conducting new searches in Bucharest and other counties related to the violence during the farmers' protest in Victoriei Square. A total of 21 search warrants have been issued. The police reported that the protests on September 15 involved aggressive behavior towards law enforcement and journalists. The ongoing investigations focus on public incitement, assault, and public order disturbances. Violent participants reportedly threw objects at police and physically attacked officers and media personnel. Today's searches are supported by various police departments and are part of a broader investigation by the Bucharest Tribunal's Prosecutor's Office. So far, 38 preventive measures have been taken against individuals involved in the incident.
