Four individuals suspected of fraud using the 'Accident Method' have been identified by police, with three placed under judicial control. Following home searches, various items and cash totaling 12,300 lei, 650 euros, and 300 dollars were seized, along with nine mobile phones. Victims were misled into believing they caused traffic accidents and were coerced into paying large sums for alleged damages. The police have expanded their investigation to include additional victims and similar incidents. Authorities advise the public to exercise caution and not to pay money to strangers claiming to have been harmed in accidents.
