A 68-year-old man from Aiud was detained after being found in a car overturned off the road, having refused alcohol testing. The incident occurred on September 28, 2026, on DJ 107 M. Police observed the overturned vehicle and, after the driver declined to undergo breathalyzer testing, he was taken to the hospital where he also refused biological sample collection. Investigations are ongoing.
