The construction of the Ghencea Extension in Bucharest is progressing, with significant work on multiple sections. A large retention basin is being built at the Domnești Passage, covering over 4,000 square meters and reaching a depth of 7 meters. Excavation has reached its final level, and concrete pouring has begun. Above the basin, a park & ride facility with 500 spaces will be developed, and the urban planning documentation is underway. Additionally, tram infrastructure is being extended towards the park & ride. Other sections of the project are also advancing, including utility adjustments and road paving.
