The construction of Lot 3 of the A0 Bucharest North Highway faced delays due to the discovery of additional utilities and overlapping infrastructure projects. Coordination was necessary to synchronize work phases with local projects, particularly on DN3. Currently, the project is 93.5% complete, with an expected reception in mid-October.
