Construction at the Constanța Bridge is progressing, with the second layer of asphalt being poured. The Bucharest City Hall announced that workers are working late into the night to meet the mid-October completion deadline. The fence separating the construction site from traffic has been removed, allowing normal traffic to resume this weekend. Plans for widening the roadway are in the preparatory stage, with feasibility studies and expropriations to follow before a new construction phase is expected in 2028.
