Ciserom Sebeș has resumed sock production after closing last year. Influencer Iulian Demeter announced the revival of the nearly 100-year-old factory, which underwent modernization and automation. Originally established in 1927, the factory once employed thousands and was a significant player in the Romanian textile industry. The majority stake was acquired in 2024 by Lex Imob Invest SRL, which aims to revitalize the brand. The official announcement of production resumption was made on September 28, 2026, emphasizing support for local economy and products made in Romania.
