He clarified that all financial transactions are visible to the tax authority, regardless of the methods used to receive payments. Nica warned against the misconception that not issuing invoices protects individuals from detection, stating that ANAF will modify notifications to clearly indicate the sources of received funds. He also mentioned that attempts to bypass the banking system, such as using courier services for cash transactions, are ineffective since courier companies provide data to ANAF. Nica urged people to issue invoices to simplify their tax obligations.
