VIDEO: FRF introduce Cartonașul Negru în fotbalul juvenil. Partida poate fi oprită definitiv. Sunt vizați părinții și spectatorii
The Romanian Football Federation (FRF) has introduced a new disciplinary measure called the Black Card to address abusive behavior in youth football. This initiative aims to combat bullying and pressure from parents and spectators during matches. The Black Card allows referees to permanently stop a game if inappropriate behavior persists after warnings. The procedure involves three steps: a temporary halt for warnings, a 10-minute suspension, and finally, the display of the Black Card to signal the game's end. This measure is part of FRF's broader efforts to create a safer environment for young players, including the B.R.A.V.O. platform and initiatives like Silent Day, which limits parental involvement during certain matches.
