Alongside two other chefs, he helped set a Guinness World Record for the longest table, stretching over 5.5 kilometers, where 20,000 people dined in Bucharest. Gherman shared his experience of the challenging logistics and preparation involved, emphasizing the event's significance in raising funds for Romania's first pediatric psychiatric hospital. He expressed pride in contributing to such a monumental occasion.
