Eurowind Energy Romania has launched a 120 MWh energy storage system at its Teiuș solar park, following extensive testing and integration. The project, costing 21 million euros, received funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Key figures attended the launch, emphasizing the importance of energy storage and renewable energy in addressing Romania's energy challenges. The system utilizes lithium iron phosphate batteries and includes advanced safety features. The Teiuș solar park, inaugurated in April 2025, has a capacity of 60 MW and aims to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
