Although he previously mentioned a completion timeframe of 5-6 months, the official project timeline is 18 months. Negoiță acknowledged existing issues on-site but refrained from discussing them in detail. The underpass aims to connect the Republica metro station with surrounding areas, enhancing safety and convenience for residents. It will feature three corridors, facilitating access to various locations, including the local municipality.
