This weekend, Bucharest residents can join the "Route 250" event featuring vintage American cars. Organized by Uber and the U.S. Embassy, the event celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Participants can enjoy rides in five iconic vintage cars through Cotroceni, starting from JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. The event runs from 12:00 to 22:00, offering a unique perspective of the city. The vintage cars include Cadillac Blue Pearl, Buick GS, Cadillac 70, Ford LTD, and Ford Galaxy 2. Participation is free and does not require registration, with rides lasting 20-25 minutes.
