Nofar Energy has officially opened Romania's largest solar park in Giurgiu and is working on an even larger project in Dâmbovița. The new hybrid energy infrastructure in Corbii Mari will feature 281 MWp of solar energy and 434 MWh of battery storage, along with two high-voltage stations. Construction is progressing with civil and electrical works happening simultaneously, involving hundreds of workers. The project is expected to be one of the largest solar parks in Romania, with a potential completion date moved up to next year instead of 2026.
