China has set a new world record in high-speed rail transport with an experimental magnetic propulsion train reaching 800 km/h in just 5.3 seconds. This unprecedented speed was achieved during a test at the Donghu Laboratory in Hubei, where the train was stopped after covering approximately 200 meters. Unlike commercial maglev trains, this 1.1-ton vehicle is not designed for passenger transport but aims to test technologies for future applications in aerospace and high-speed systems.
