Interim Mayor Paul Moldovan and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan visited Lake Morii Island ahead of its inauguration. The island will officially open to the public during the Sunset Fest from September 18-20, following over a year of construction. Moldovan praised Bolojan's past achievements as a mayor and acknowledged the contributions of General Mayor Ciprian Ciucu to the project. The local administration is seeking vendors for the festival, which will feature activities for children, music, and sports. The selection process for vendors is set to conclude shortly before the event.
