A 50-year-old man was detained for violating a protection order and threatening his ex-partner in Făgăraș. Police responded to an emergency call from a 45-year-old woman who reported that her former partner had breached the protective measures. The man had previously been issued a temporary protection order on October 8, which he violated by approaching her home. Following the investigation, police initiated a criminal case for violating the protection order, as stipulated by domestic violence prevention laws. The man was held for 24 hours pending further legal action.
