CFR Infrastructura reports progress on the modernization of the Bucharest Progresu – Jilava – Giurgiu Nord railway, with a budget exceeding 2 billion lei. The project is currently 12% complete and aims to enhance safety and capacity, connecting to the European rail network. Completion is expected by September 2028.
