The Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway has reached 78% completion by the end of September, with a 7% increase in the last month. Over 500 workers and 400 machines are mobilized on site, with all bridge beams installed and the relocation of DN 19E completed. The CNIR director noted that the project is ahead of schedule, with daily asphalt laying of 3,000 tons. The project is funded by European funds, with a total contract value of 785 million lei and a completion deadline of May 20, 2027.
