Ukrainian construction company Automagistral Pivden is nearing completion of its work on the Chiribiș - Biharia section of the Transylvania Highway. The company has finished earthworks for a 6.5-kilometer stretch, including significant volumes of stabilized fill and ballast. The project, part of a larger 28.55-kilometer highway connecting Budapest and Bucharest, has a contract value exceeding 150 million euros. The overall progress on the Chiribiș - Biharia lot is reported at 71%, with funding from European sources.
