Traffic has resumed on all 16 kilometers of the Bacău Bypass, part of the A7 highway, as announced by Cristian Pistol, director of CNAIR. Last week, the Adjud-Bacău section opened, allowing 12 kilometers of the bypass to be accessible. The final 4 kilometers were reopened today after temporary closures for highway connections. Travelers can now complete the route from Bucharest to Bacău Nord entirely on the highway in under three hours. The connection at Bacău Nord will prevent future closures of the bypass during ongoing construction.
