The Adjud - Bacău section of the A7 Moldova Highway is expected to open on August 31, according to CNAIR representatives. UMB is currently focused on connecting the Bacău Beltway with the new A7 sections. The Bacău Beltway has been fully closed since August 17 for these works. The viaduct at Cleja has seen rapid construction, with asphalt work completed and final touches underway. CNAIR's director estimates that by August 2026, the full 47 km from Adjud to Bacău will be operational, adding to the existing 250 km from Bucharest to Adjud.
