The first Chinese highway around Bucharest, A0 Nord, is nearing completion with a delay of about nine months. It is expected to open between October 20-31, pending final checks. This project, built by CCECC, will also connect to a nearby segment that has been delayed. The entire ring road around Bucharest still requires 17.5 km to be completed, with the remaining sections projected to finish by early 2026.
